Welcome to Print License Application! Please note that this service allows a licensee
to print their license at no cost only if you have had a change to information listed
on your license AFTER May 11, 2011 and
your license status today is ACTIVE. You may
print your license as many times as you wish. If you require a duplicate copy of your
license and you have not had any changes that are reflected on your license
AFTER May 11, 2011 you must submit a
written request with a $25 fee, payable to the State of Alaska. You may check and
confirm license information and license status through the division’s web site. We
encourage you to check the license record before contacting our office. Check your

User Agreement
USER shall be the person whose name appears
on the license, OR
an officer, director, director, principal, or partner of the firm on whose behalf
the license was issued,
OR shall have a current valid written authorization from the person or
firm whose license was issued authorizing USER to complete information on their
behalf. Individuals who make unauthorized updates may be subject to criminal prosecution
under AS 11.46.740.
