User Agreement
USER shall be the person whose name appears
on the license, OR
an officer, director, director, principal, or partner of the firm on whose behalf
the license was issued,
OR shall have a current valid written authorization from the person or
firm whose license was issued authorizing USER to complete information on their
behalf.
Individuals who make unauthorized updates may be subject to criminal prosecution
under AS 11.46.740
