BULLETIN B 01-08

TO: ALL SURPLUS LINES BROKERS, RESIDENT AND NONRESIDENT, LICENSED IN THE STATE OF ALASKA AND OTHER INTERESTED PARTIES

RE: DELETION FROM THE LIST OF ELIGIBLE SURPLUS LINES INSURERS IN THE STATE OF ALASKA

On January 10, 2001, the Division of Insurance issued Bulletin B 01-02, which provided a current listing of eligible surplus lines insurers pursuant to AS 21.34.050. As stated in that bulletin, an addendum to it would be issued, if necessary.

The purpose of this bulletin is to amend Bulletin B 01-02 by making the following change:

24481 RELIANCE INSURANCE COMPANY OF ILLINOIS is hereby removed from the list.

All other information in Bulletin B 01-02, as amended by Bulletins B 01-06 and B 01-07, remains in effect until further notice.
