2004 Fisheries
Economic Development Grant Program
In February of 2004, the State of Alaska opened the Fisheries Economic Development Grant Program for a second round. The program is part of the Governor’s $50 million Fisheries Revitalization Strategy, a multi-faceted plan that provides, among other things, assistance to qualifying communities, non-profit organizations, and small businesses for seafood-related infrastructure and capital equipment. The program is now closed and all grants complete.
