| The Community Infrastructure Library (CIL) contains a variety of community facility documents submitted to the Division of Community and Regional Affairs (DCRA) by communities, agencies, and contractors. The database contains general and project-specific documents related to energy, sanitation, multi-use facility, marine, bulk fuel, washeteria, and other community facilities. |
