Computers:
To select multiple Communities or Data Items that
are NOT next to each other on the list, do this:
Note:
if you want to remove a Community or Data Item from your selection
list, hold down the CTRL
Key, and then click
on the
Community or Data Item.
To select a group of Communities or Data Items that are
next to each other on the list, do this:
Note: if you want to remove a Community or Data Item
from your selection list, hold down the CTRL Key, and
then click
on the
Community or Data Item.
To select multiple Communities
or Data Items that are NOT next to each other on the
list, do this:

In
the "Communities" or "Data Items" Window,
click on the first Community or Data
Item you want to select.

While
holding down the Apple/Command Key , click each additional
Community or Data Item you want to select.
Note: if you want to remove a Community or Data Item
from your selection list, hold down the Apple/Command
Key, and then click
on the Community or Data Item.
To
select a group of Communities or Data Items that are next to each
other on the list, do this:

In
the "Communities" or "Data Items" Window,
click on the first Community or Data
Item in the series you want
to select.

While
holding down the SHIFT Key , click on the last Community or Data
Item in the series you want to select.
Note: if you want to remove a Community or Data
Item from your selection list, hold down the Apple/Command
Key, and then click
on the Community or Data Item.
