PC/Windows Computers:
To select multiple Data Items that are NOT next to each other on the list, do this:

In the "Data Items" Window,
click on the first Data Item you want to select.

While holding down the CTRL Key , click each additional Data Item you want to select.
Note: if you want to remove a Data Item from your selection list, hold down the CTRL Key, and then click on the Data Item.
To select a group of Data Items that are next to each other on the list, do this:

In the "Data Items" Window,
click on the first Data Item in the series you want
to select.

While holding down the SHIFT Key , click on the last Data Item in the series you want to select.
Note: if you want to remove a Data Item from your selection list, hold down the CTRL Key, and then click on the Data Item.
Macintosh Computers:
To select multiple Data Items that are NOT next to each other on the list, do this:

click on the first Data Item you want to select.

While holding down the Apple/Command Key , click each additional Data Item you want to select.
Note: if you want to remove a Data Item from your selection list, hold down the Apple/Command Key, and then click on the Data Item.
