Many discs of the preliminary report are available for public use at the library and City Clerk's office. Multiple copies of the printed report are also available to the public through the library and City Clerk's office. The document on the discs CAN be copied to the individual's hard-drive and the Acrobat reader on the disk can be installed without infringement of copyright laws.

Public comments and briefs received concerning the Homer petition are made available for viewing on this website. Additional letters, responsive briefs, and the City's reply brief will be added as new materials are received. All correspondence is in Adobe Acrobat PDF format.

Commerce's Preliminary Report

Because of the size of the printed version of the Preliminary Report, it is necessary to post the report to the web in incremental stages, starting with Chapter 5, Commerce recommendation. Commerce staff have placed posting this document to the web as a priority. Please check back frequently for new additions.
