As of July 15, 2003, the following changes were made to the Corporations Section Fee Schedule:

• All fees in the amount of $25.00 or less are non refundable.
• The fee for a copy of a biennial report is $1.00.
• The fee to obtain a copy of a document that is more than one page is $10.00.
• The fee to obtain a copy of all documents pertaining to one file is $30.00 up to 50 pages and an additional $1.00 per page after 50 pages.
• The fee to expedite a request for copies is $50.00 per request.

Please remember that expedited requests for filings and for obtaining copies of documents are approved on a limited basis and on a case by case basis.
